Reservations
Are your Interested in accommodations at the Guest House? Please fill
out form or submit your inquiry to zenobia@serenityah.com. (3 night
minimum stay). For last minute bookings, please call us at
347-469-3319 to check availability.
Payment
50% deposit required to confirm reservation . Balance paid in cash
upon arrival. Reservations less than 14 days require payment in full.
We accept cash, Visa/Master cards and Paypal. $50 cleaning fee will
be applied to all bookings.
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund of deposit if cancelled within 7 days of receipt. If cancelled
after aforementioned time, deposit is refundable only if time slot can be
filled by another guest. No refund on last minute bookings. Last
minute bookings are less than 14 days. All bookings are
confirmed.
Late Arrivals
We do not have a 24 hour reception area. Late arrivals must be
scheduled in advance of arrival. Arrivals after 8:00 pm will be
considered a no show if not scheduled in advance.
Smoking Policy
There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the guest house.
