Cancellation/RefundIf you need to cancel or postpone your stay, we require at least 14 days prior to your reservation stay to refund your deposit, minus a $30 handling free. If you cancel after the 14th day prior to your reservation stay, we will try to rebook the room with another guest. If we are able to rebook, a refund of the deposit amount, less the $30 handling fee will be issued.Last-Minute ReservationsLast-Minute Reservations are considered 14 days or less. All Last-Minute Reservations require Payment in Full, Non-Refundable or TransferablePaymentWe require a 50% deposit once you confirmation reservation. A payment invoice will be generated immediately after confirmation and submitted to the email address on fileCheck-InCheck-in begins at 3 pm to 7 pm. We are a small property. Please note, we cannot accepted unexpected early check-in or late check-outs. Please let us know in advance of your arrival, travel plans (e.g. scheduled time into NYC, approximate arrival time to property).Reservation AlterationsIf you need to alter your reservation to stay fewer days than originally booked, you are responsible for the full cost if changes are not made prior to 14 days of the start of scheduled stay.Smoking, Vaping and CandlesSmoking and Vaping are Prohibited.
